Korvinn - Kevincore band from Aus

Seeing as a few other people have done it, posting my grind band here if anyone wants to have a listen.

We're called Korvinn and we play what we call "Kevincore" just a dumb name for "Whatever the fuck we feel like". It's not terribly good, but we don't exactly care just as long as it's not breakdownmallcore or autotuned pop shit.

Recording quality varies from our initial plug everything into the drummer's computer and use his electronic kit and overload the DAC to our two-mic recordings in the former vocallist's loungeroom with the worst quality desk ever.

Lost our vocallist earlier in the year when he kinda got deported back to the states so it looks like I'm gunna have to replace him on the mic with no previous vocal experience. Recently we've made some changes to the lineup by adding a bass player and started to write some new songs with lyrics that aren't all about fucking people's mothers or cocks or whatever our old vocallist felt he needed to put in lyrics.

The guitars and vocals are good.The drumming could use some work. If the kinks get worked out I'd look forward to see what you dudes come up with.

ShaolinLambKiller: Thanks man. We've just gone through a bit of a lineup change and started to write a whole lot more new material which is all harder and faster. I get the not-grind thing though. =D

douchebag: Cheers. Vocals are gunna change soon with our vocallist leaving the country but hopefully I can do something decent. Our drummer is solid, but we hardly ever rehearse. Some of our unrecorded stuff he really kicks arse!

MotherEel: We're starting to get a really strong metal scene going on down here and it's really fucking cool that it's only getting stronger. Dunno what's caused it but it has really sprung up in the last couple of years. It's not the worst place to live but there isn't a lot of things to do if you're broke - but then again that's everywhere hahaha!

One of my good mates runs MetalInBendigo and organises a lot of good gigs and recently got a 12 hour metalfest run at the usual venue - 2 stages, 13 bands from all over Victoria. Was absolutely killer! If anyone wants to play Bendigo I'd suggest talking to Nick via the MetalInBendigo Facebook page.
