2011 Releases
Hadn't been on here (hey hey) ina while but I figured y'all would be able to help me with a list of the new upcoming grind/pv/fastcore/hardcore and other good releases of this year.

So far I've heard:

Wadge-Grindcore Lu-au
Weekend Nachos-Worthless

and am getting:

Psudoku-Space Grind
Rotten Sound-Cursed right now

Add to this shit I kinda wanna try and pay attention this year for once.

I thought the new Noisear was pretty good, too. That band hasn't gotten recognized properly yet. Good to see them with a full length people can actually find.

RE: 2011 Releases
I'm terrible with keeping up with what comes out each year. I get so much stuff all year long I don't even think or consider when it's coming out or when it came out.

Yeah, true. There's just a shitload of bands now. Makes me miss tape trading and picking out bands from the special thanks list of a record to find new shit you haven't heard of.

RE: 2011 Releases
but on the plus side you are more likely to hear about bands you never would've anywhere else.

like the deaf kids from brazil. only reason i found out about them was a friend who linked me a youtube vid and said you'll like.

RE: 2011 Releases
There is a whole lot of stuff that came out in 2011 and some great things to look forward to in 2012. FUBAR will be coming with a new one for instance as will Call The Paramedics I believe.

A release that is already out is the new 2012 EP release from Slash Dementia. (Bandcamp)

As for 2011. Fast/Grindcore definitely Lycantrophy. Get that through Kaotoxin or Bones Brigade.

I made a list of my favorites on my site (see below, under Articles). Based on what I listened to most. More than half of these are free releases.
CRACK, Psykoanalyysi and Slash Dementia are in my top 3.

I run Undergrind Zine: http://www.undergrind.net. If you are in a band you can always hit me up with a message about a review for your latest work, or a short interview.

Didn't you post here asking what bands would be good to put on a best of 2011 list?
